HP has rolled out its new 30-inch LCD display that is able to display one billion colors. The color resolution of the screen is 30-bits per pixel. Actually, the new display is based on S-IPS panel technology. It should be mentioned that S-IPS panels as well as Super-In Plane Switching panels are considered to be high-end and are more expensive.
The new ZR30w LCD is capable to display 16:10 aspect ratio supporting screen that provides the resolution of 2560×1600 pixels as well as decent visuals with 4.1 million pixels.
